Gethuk Lindri

Gethuk ala Pur Cepuk

Bahan:
Ubi Jalar, kukus haluskan 250 gr
Kelapa parut, kukus 50 gr
garam 1/4 sdt
gula 1/2 sdt

Bahan taburan:
Kelapa parut, kukus 50 gr
gula 1,5 sdm
garam 1/4 sdt

Cara membuat:
Campur bahan Gethuk, cetak sesuai selera ( aku cetak pake loyang muffin kecil, soalnya ngga punya gilingan gethuk/daging/mie...)
Tambahkan bahan taburan, sajikan hangat.
